My sister/MOH and bm's threw me a shower yesterday which was awesome! They did an amazing job and I was super blessed by them and the love I felt. Couldn't be happier!!! But something funny happened, I was opening a gift and it was very random, one cloth napkin, two placemats and some napkin rings, none of which were on my registry. Then I hear someone say something about me getting things I am wanting because I registered for them and this must be on it or something like that. (also side note, the things are nice but totally not my or FI's style at all) so I just smiled and said there has been so much going on and I registered so long ago I don't really remember everything on it (which is true to some degree!). And we moved on.
Later my sister asked me what really was going on and I said I NEVER put that on my registry and she said I covered very well, she knows me and knew what was what but said no one else caught on that I had never seen that stuff before ever!
