I take mine off to sleep, shower, and clean. I also do not wear it to my part-time job where I cook.
FI's parents do jewelry and did my e-ring in Miami and are going in 2 weeks to do our wedding bands. They are taking my e-ring with them to match the bands to it. I'm going to feel naked without it!

I don't really take mine off much. I take it off to put lotion on, but it gets put back on right after I am done.

I will take it off when I paint though. I don't want to get paint in it. (Like painting the kitchen or trim on our windows.) When I take it off, it goes on my ring holder in the bathroom cabinet, where it is safe!!!
