Assignments...am I missing something?

I'm trying to get my head straight and remember what tasks I'll need to assign to certain people for the day of the wedding. We'll be having two people help us hand out petal cones for the ceremony, a couple helping us with our photo guestbook and pages. We'll need someone to take the cardbox to our car. I'm guessing I'll need help taking our stuff home at the end of the reception. Are there other little things to do I'm forgetting? What have you assigned for the day of?

That sounds like a good list. A few other ideas...

-ushers
-someone to hand out programs
-someone to hold your purse or things while you are busy / getting pictures
-someone to hand out any vendor tips
-someone who can help call cabs (if needed)

We have a lot of decor and DIY stuff to set-up, so we are haivng a DOC do all of that.

Get someone to help round people up for pictures... one of your bridesmaids who know your friends/family, maybe?

All of my vendors have asked for a "go to" person in case anythign arises or if they have questions. They don't want to have to hunt me down all night. So they have asked for that person's name and number, that way if they get a flat tire or something on the way, or they need to know what the next item happening at the reception is they can ask instead of me having to answer everyone all day.
