Need some ideas for VIETNAMESE and AMERICAN wedding

Im vietnamese and my fiance is american.
We are getting married next Jan-7. We will do the the tea ceremony at my house since its vietnamese traditional wedding. He is not religion so we are not going to the church after the vietnamese traditional ceremony. Does anyone know what we should do for the ceremony at the groom's house instead going to the chuch? Anyways we have the reception at night time. so we have no idea what to do.
Anyone has any idea? thanks a lot!

check out the chinese wedding board. it's a very-very-slow board, but there are good number of vietnamese girls on that board since there is a lot of overlap in traditions (or at least there were when i was wedding planning). if you don't get an yresponses, you can at least go through the old posts for inspirations.
