Is it just me or is it terribly harder to wake up this week? Daylight savings is kicking my butt!

E: 30 minutes cardio and 30 minutes weights
It's really helping me to track all of my meals at the beginning of the day. If I have all my calories laid out before me, it makes me much more likely to follow it.
