The "theme" is vintage/mod with a summer twist. I'm looking for a siggy cocktail that sticks with this, refreshing since it's Florida in the summer, and my favorite type of alcohol is rum so would like to use that. Ideas???

yum!! mojito was my first choice but my caterer said it's a little complicated to make them fast so he would want to have it made somewhat already and it won't taste the same...:( but i'm serving cuban food for my RD so will probably serve some up then!
