  • I am on a new meal plan and I'll be eating the same thing just about for 2 weeks!

    B: 6 egg whites, old fashion oats, strawberries
    S: Rice cakes, protein shake
    L:  ground turkey, baked potato (only like 1/3 of one), 1 pc chedar cheese
    D: chicken breast, veggies, 2 pc cheddar cheese
    S: 1 tsp natural peanut butter, protein shake

    These amounts are all measured out and everything. Hoping to drop some weight before my next alterations appt on May 19th
