NWR: Picnik is going away :(

So my favorite browser site for photo editing is closing in April.  I am so sad - for the $25 annual fee, i was able to do all kinds of fun stuff.  Are you ladies aware of any comparable sites for a similar price?

Picasa...a Google product and it's free.  You download it to your desktop and it can upload to Picasa albums, which I actually find nicer that Flickr these days (and I was on board with Flickr from early on).

I have picasa, but I really honestly still prefer picnik.
