Critique me please

I'm sorry this is kinda blurry.  We did a mockup of our centerpieces tonight.  If you can't see it, basically its a vase on a mirror. Around the vase is gemstones.  In the vase is blue water with gemstones at the bottom and babys breath in the water  Then there is a pink bow around the neck of the vase and a floating candle at the top.  I feel like something is...missing.. or off.  Either that or I'm just crazy (which I'm also fine with that option :P )

Any thoughts?

I'm not a fan of the bow. It looks out of place. You could add tea lights on the mirror around it

Maybe a smaller bow?  I like the tealight idea too.  The tablecloth will be black and the napkins will be white.

definitely a smaller bow or even just have the tulle wrapped around the vase without a bow. I also like the tealight around the bottom idea. Looks good!

Is pink one of your colors? IKEA has some nice smelling pink tea lights in 3 different shades. I light them in my apartment all the time

In the pic the bow looks to be a bit big.  Can you take a straight on picture so we can see the full vase?  That may help.

I agree the bow looks a little too big.  I wouldn't necessarily get rid of it all together but maybe just a bit smaller.

Tealights around would be cute as well.  Or maybe a few more gems on the mirror but not too many.

My first thought was to just have the ribbon around the top of the vase without a bow and add a few votives to the mirror.  If you used clear votive cups you could add a piece of the ribbon around those as well.

IMO, the bow still looks too big but I like the idea of ribbon where it is.  Also, I really like the idea the votives around it.

tie the ribbon in a square knot, then let the ends hang down to the bottom of the vase....or to the middle.  play with the length, but i think that would be much better than the bow.

but i love the mirrors and gems.

Ditch the bow. Either add a smaller one made of another material, (the tulle looks janky,) or just get rid of it. If you do opt for the bow, put one on the other side to balance it out. Votives on the mirror would help, but I'd also put more rock on there to make it look intentional. . As it is, they look half-assed.
