Wedding Nightmare!!!!

I have been itching to have like 5 minutes to write this post. Last night I had what I call a horrible dream...I have to admit when I told my FI and parents they said "It is not that bad." I know there is no way 99% of the things I dreamt (sp?) about can happen on the actual day, but still....

Ok, so in my nightmare there were TONS of people who we do not intend on inviting, but they found out the location and appeared! When I say TONS I am speaking like 30+ ppl. The worst part is that in my dream "the camera" (the way I view the dream) singled them all out. I was wearing this horrible dress. The person marrying us (which btw was not my pastor) preached about something then randomly said "you may kiss the bride" and we did not say our vows (which we wrote out). My mom decided to cater the wedding for some reason which caused her to miss the ceremony (in real life I already had my caterer). All the guests spoke throughout the entire ceremony. Our centerpieces were not done (scary part since our centerpieces are DIY). Oh and the worst part of the nightmare. Once the wedding reception was over FI and I went to our parents house... as in he went to his mom's and I went to mine!!!! ON OUR WEDDING NIGHT!!!!!!

sorry! I know this was all over the place but just had to let it go somehow and what better way than with the knotties!!

I've had some CRAZY wedding dreams too! Like the one where my mom was trying to convince FI and I to have a shotgun wedding in a baptist church even though we're not baptist, lol. That's completely opposite of ANYTHING my mom would ever do!

I have had some pretty crazy ones too, i remember one part of one where we did not have rings!!! We had honestly forgot to purchase them,Fi managed to find one he liked that morning but i did not so he could not put one on my finger, had to re-use my engagement ring. Nightmares are a sign of stress lol. I am sure every bride has them b/c we worry things won't be perfect (they won't be anyways but close to perfect as possible lol)

I had a dream that I was have a triple wedding with some of FI's friends. Adn the realized that the dress shop never altered my dress!

Seriously what the hell kind of dreams are we going ot have in a year from now!

i allways have this dream where its an outside wedding and its raining and only like 20-30 pp show up! I think its just stress and nerves!

Our ceremony site only allows 100 peopleand I dream that my FMIL invites her whole 65 person guest list and when we arrive they tell us we cant do it anymore

wow this would totally suck. Some FMIL's would do that too. hope yours respects your wishes.

I've had one where my ex-boyfriend shows up at the wedding and causes all kinds of drama and problems. The scary part is that I actually worry about this since he'll know when the wedding is. His dad is the organist.

I feel your pain! I always have crazy dreams like that and FI and my mom are like, that will never happen. My last one, we didn't send out any invitiatons, so no one knew to be at our wedding in this random town that I've never been to before and I insisted on postponing the wedding since no one was there to see us married!

I had the same nightmare.  I woke up and swore to hire bodyguards for the day....so far that's fallen by the wayside, but it's not out of the question if need be!

I have a lot of big guys in the WP and family that would serve as my body guards if need be. :) They don't like him either so they'd have no problem kicking him to the curb.
