So normally I don't wake up until about 10:00 at the earliest, but I've been up since 5:00 and already worked out for an hour. FI and I are instructing/running a fitness Bootcamp on campus--one at 6:00 am and one at 6:00 pm, Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Although I am helping to instruct, I am also taking the classes. We work out everyday anyway, but I am going to be in the best shape of my life. M/W/F we have these two bootcamp classes, plus I have a 2 hour ballet class, and we are still going to do our normal workouts everyday. We started today with a mile run. I am NOT a "runner", but I have been doing some on the treadmill for the past few months. I have never ran outside until today, and I came in at 9:30 mile! I was really proud of myself, and it can only improve from here. Is it bad that my day is already better today at 8am, than it was all day on my birthday, yesterday? Haha!
