When to give gifts to parents and FIL/

This may be a silly questions, but when are you supposed to give your parents and his parents their gifts? Not sure if it makes a difference, but we are not having a rehearsal dinner.

We are giving them to them at RD.

We're not doing an RD so I think we will just give them out the morning of the wedding.  It isn't something I want everyone to witness anyways (since there will probably be tears).....so I'd like to do it privately.

We are giving their main gifts at the RD. However, I had personalized hankies made for my mom and dad only. I am giving the hankies to them the morning of the wedding.

I may be a bad person but I didn't get either set of parents anything. It's hard to make it even since my parents are divorced. My dad is in my life but we are not very close. And we didn't have enough money to cover anything else....and now we're probably out of time.

At the RD, but I have the crazy step mom that has dilusioned herself as a MOB, WHATEVER! I didn't get her anything so I am not sure how we will give out the parents gifts without drama, didn't get anything for step mom or step dad and I guess they will just have to be mad.

We're giving ours at the RD.  This and after the wedding is the most common.

We are giving our MOH, BM, GM, FG and RB their gifts at the rehearsal dinner. For our parents we are making them an album of our wedding pictures. Obviously we won't have these til after the wedding, so at the RD we are writing them a nice letter, and letting them know what we are doing as far as the album.
