"Step-Dad" gift

I finally figured out what to get our parents as gifts for the wedding (CHECK!).  We are getting each of them an engraved frame with a photo from the wedding.  Since both sets of our parents are divorced they will each be getting one.  Here is the tricky part... about 5 years ago my mother remarried.  I had been out of the house long before they met and married and he is only about 6 years older then me so it is very strange for me to reffer to him as my "step-dad."  However,  I really like and respect him and he (along with my mother) contributed to the wedding.  Because of these reasons I feel like we should get him a gift as well.  I dont feel right having the frame be a joint gift since each of our parents are getting their own.  I just have no clue what to get him.  He really doesn't have any hobbies.  He is all about work and travels a lot (for work), but my mom says he has everything he needs.  Do any of you have any ideas as to what I can get him?

TIA!

  • Maybe a GC to their favorite restaurant? A night out is always fun.

  • I like the GC idea. Hats off to you for including him, that is very mature of you! Not many brides would think to give him something

  • Maybe something from those travel sites? They have all kinds of gadgets to make things easier

  • What does he do on the plane while he's travelling?  Maybe something to help pass the time.  If he reads and has a kindle or something like it, maybe a gc for more books?
