I had a couple of requests in the past for pictures of my cake topper, so I figured now that it's starting to really come together and look like something, I'd post pictures!
The idea is that it's going to light up when I'm all done with it - the doorway will be covered with vellum once it's finished (needs a proper "stone" edging), and little bride & groom figures will stand in front of it, kissing.

I'm contemplating adding little flags to the corners. There will also be ivy climbing up the sides of the castle.
The castle is balsa wood, primed and covered in paperclay, which I dirtywashed. The base is a pre-cut 8.25" round, stained on the sides and bottom (since it'll sit on the cake) and primed on the top. I used "grass" from a school project kit. I think I'll probably get some ribbon or something for that exposed corner edge, because I can't get the grass to stick, haha.
Thoughts/critiques?
