Brain Overload

 OMG! I have been thinking about soo many different things that my brain is just in overload mode.

First off I emailed different limo companies two Sundays ago and have only gotten a response from one limo company. I am a little concerned about it. I wonder if they are not answering because they just never got my messages or are they already booked or what but grrr  (that is actually how I feel). I mean my wedding is in Orlando so I am freaking out a bit, I know people say that there is enough time and blah blah but dang it there is so much to do still.

On another note, today has been a good day.
A good day at work, it was also my Christmas Lunch so my 'team' went to a nice restaurant for 2 hours and had lunch paid for and were paid to be there so it was awesome.

Today is also my parents 25th wedding anniversary, which is such a milestone but it kinda sucks since my dad is deployed. But on the flip side of this his replacement got to Afghanistan today (but my mom doesn't know... he will hopefully be back in time for Christmas if not right after but either way it is great, he wasn't scheduled back until March) Laughing

Also, my dress got in today (I am sure some of you ladies saw my comment on FB)!!!! Ahh... I work Monday - Friday and REFUSE to use any vacation time since I need it for the HM and wedding preparations. I have to wait until Jan 10th since I have my hair/makeup trial that day and want to see how everything looks together (plus if it doesn't work, I then know to let the makeup aritist know.) LaughingLaughing *double happy face*

    That is awesome news about your dad!! Hope he can get home in time and suprise your mom! And please tell him thank you for his service to our country for me :)

    I'm saying screw it to the limo thing. We're just gonna use our cars. We had a company tell us they had our date available and would start the paperwork then we couldn't get a hold of him. When we finally did he said they booked another wedding that day and timing would be too close. So we're just gonna save the $400+ and use our own cars.

    I'm glad your dad will be home!

    It probably wouldn't hurt to try calling some of the limo companies.  I know my florist is quick to answer his voicemail, but pretty slow at returning emails (if at all!).

    That is so incredibly exciting about your dad coming home!!  Hopefully he makes it for Christmas, but I am sure you and your family will be thrilled whenever he does get there!  Please thank him for his service!

    Less than a month til hair/MU/dress day!  Have you posted your dress (or can you  again)?  And you'll have to PIP when you go for your fitting!

    Limo companies everywhere seem to be notorious for poor communication as a whole.  This is why I'm not dealing with them.

    That's great news about your dad!  I'm sure everyone will love having him back home.

    Congrats on the dress coming in!  I can't wait to see how everything plays out.
