    D: Buffalo Wild Wings (terrible I know, but it is part of Carter's birthday suprise tonight!!)

  • Oh thanks! I'm such a slacker. It's this "snow" day. My brain's all turned to mush!

    I still couldn't do my weigh in. I'm getting a new scale the next time I go to Target!!

    E: NONE. My body is sore and bruised all over from helping mom and Dale move this weekend.

  • Today is Day 1! I have decided that I don't like how I look in the mirror anymore. So today is also Day 1 without sweets, so far so good Wish me luck!     Total Lost: up 2lbs since last week :(

    Goal Weight: 102, but I would be happy with being around 105 right now.

    B: nothing
    L: cream of chicken soup, crackers
    D: probably my leftover fish from last night

    E: Jogging and folding laundry + ironing (does that count?)

    D: TBD...Days off work really make my eating schedule weird.

    E: I started a 4-week, 12 session bootcamp this morning. My class/group meets at 5:30am!! It is SOO early. But I think it will be worth it.

    B: omelette with 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites, baby spinach, mushrooms and 2% cheddar
    L: smart ones salisbury steak frozen dinner
    D: TBD - probably grilled chicken break and veggies
    S:  pineapple chunks, if hungry later, TBD, but probably cottage cheese and veggies or a mini salad
    E: later on, but 1 hour on the elliptical and lifting, either chest or back, hopefully.

    E: Jillian Michaels Killer Buns and Thighs - 40 mins (just finished 30DS last week...starting to see my abs!)

    Current Weight: 163.8 (this morning)

    Total Lost: 6.2lbs... (so excited about that I got out of my plateau :D )

    Goal Weight: 140 (set by my Dr last week)

    B: 1/4 multi grain waffle w/walnuts, 1/5 banana, 2 pieces of bacon
    L: 2 slices deli meat, 10 wheat thins, laughing cow cheese, 1 small banana
    D: 4oz. pork roast w/roasted potatos

    E: 1 hour Curves circuit training

    I might do another hour of wii fit but have not decided yet...
