Cake.... what do you think?

What do you guys think of this cake design? I am all of a sudden intrigued by babys breath and I want to incorporate it as much as I can on our wedding day. I was thinking of having our cake designed like this and use babys breath and roses. What do you think? I do have a monogram topper that will be painted a silver or navy color that I was planning on putting in tier 2. Do you think that would look ok?

White roses. I am just not sure what color to paint our monogram or where to place it on the cake. I know I dont want it on the top.

you could paint it the same color as your BM's dresses, another way you can tie in their colors of the wedding

I think that would look great and I definitely agree with the navy - I don't think the silver would show up enough against a white backdrop.

That cake is gorgeous!  I think your monogram on the second tier in navy would really stand out and look great.  Also, white roses with the baby's breathe will look amazing on there.

I'm doing something very similiar to that picture!  Just flower-wise though, not the texture of the fondant.  Very pretty!

I have the same style cake with babies breath, light pink and ivory roses - 4 tier

So of course I love it & I think the topper would work great

To me having a floral topper like that then a topper on the second tier would look a little overkill. Just my opinion though.
