We splurged on our photgrapher too. We actually contacted him before we set our date and venue just to make sure he was available. My cousin used him for her wedding 3 1/2 years ago and still uses him for her kids' pictures. My brother's FI actually contacted him already too to find out 2013 available dates before looking at venues. He's nothing less than amazing!

I have the photog I wanted (and stalked for 3 years. ha.) but it was a definite splurge, so I kind of acted like I had all the money in the world on that one...oops!!
At this point, I would say food/drinks. I would love to have appetizers before dinner, dinner, desserts, and post dinner snacks, and good-bye snacks It would be a lot of food, but would be so fun. I've seen weddings with taco trucks on site and other fun, food related aspects of their wedding!

Unlimited money...I would probably have a destination wedding to some place really awesome like an Italian villa or Bora Bora and pay for people to go.
Seeing how I already think we are splurging on the food (9 hor d'vourse per person, 4 course meal, cake/dessert), I think I would splurge on having an open bar (which we are not - OMG I know...) and on photographers. I have 2 photographers now, but only for 5 hours. If we had the extra money, I would have got a higher priced package that includes more hours and a few albums.

Hmmm I really like this question!! The first thing that comes to mind is splurging on invitations, because I know exactly what I want but to get them custom made for me would be $12/invite, which is just not going to happen.
I would probably have my reception in a nicer hotel, mine's nice and I really do like it, but we did eliminate some that I liked the look of more because they were more expensive.
If we were staying in my chosen venue, I would add the martini bar, which is AWESOME at that venue, and I'd add a cigar station because my dad wants one but I really don't think we can afford it. I'd have a photobooth and probably a different photographer. Mine's really a good photographer but I didn't even look at ones that I knew I couldn't afford, so there might have been a different one out there that I would have preferred. I would also have more flowers.
Now if we're talking TOTALLY unlimited budgettttttt, I would have a fireworks show. My ballroom has an entire wall of windows that overlooks the river, and it would just be beautiful to stand at the window, or even go down to the river, and see fireworks that were just for our wedding.
Other than those things I'm pretty happy with our wedding!
