I had to share this with you girls. I found this amazing diet and food website, which helps you keep track of your fitness and calorie intake. When you sign up (FREE) you add your weight, age, and how much calories you would like to loose by a certain date. The website then tells you how many calories you could eat within a day to loose by your "date." What I loved about the website is that you could literally search anything you eat and it will tell you all the info.
