My first two DIY projects!

I have started getting super excited about the wedding! 

First on a side note, I am having to get my ring fixed and I feel NAKED without it! It is funny how fast I got used to that.

Then here is my first picture.

Coat hangers with my girls names on it.

These are my ribbon balls that are going on shepherd's hooks at the end of my aisles. (They take FOREVER to make, but turned out so pretty!

Have you guys started on any projects?

That's a great and unique take on the personalized hanger :-)

I plan on making centerpieces with some birchwood flowers I got a while ago and will be getting the materials for them from a wholesale floral supply store one of these days!

Those are great!  I love the ribbon ball.

I (and by "I" I mean FI) made personalized wire hangers for me and my girls.  I've also made photo charms from our parents wedding pictures for my brooch bouquet and I've made "Bride" and "Groom" signs for the backs of our chairs at the reception.  I did all of that awhile ago though and now I'm in a bit of a lull.  

So that said ... keep knocking out those projects if you have the motivation now!

I started my cake topper, but ran out of rhinestones.  I ordered more, but when I got them I was in the process of moving and now finals!  Ugh!!!! But my finals are tonight and then I plan to finish my cake topepr tomorrow!  Then I think I am going to work on making starfish magnets for our OOT bags out of clay that you bake.  O and my engagement photos are sunday so I will be making my STD's after I get those back!  So excited we are getting closer to being a year out!
