Nails for the first time

I have never in my life had my nails done professionally and I would like them done for the wedding. Could someone please tell me the differences in the different types of nails?

Also, definitely try out some press-ons first incase you can't function with fake nails.  A lot of people really can't and you don't want to be that uncomfortable on your wedding day.  And if you get them done before the day and then find out you don't like them, the nails under will be weak & not attractive; that's why I suggested trying a quality press-on first.

If you don't wanna go the artificial nail route, you could always have a great manicure done. The new trend are gel nails.
