Response cards?

My response card sheets are length by width but my response card template is width by length. Idk if it is even possible to turn the response cards sideways (i know it cant be done in word) as that would have the wording sideways on the page which would be perfect for the response cards. 

Will it look funny having them written that length is longer than width? To me it would, i have always gotten them that width is longer, but i can't figure out a way to do this.

This is the way it would be printing unless i configured my printer to be 1 at a time which i think i would have a hard time with, my printer is not centered for smaller sizes so i would have to figure it out exactly on the right hand side of the page in order to get it right. 

Does the 2nd one look awful? I can't wrap my head around it. I guess it would kind of be in line with the invites but still.

Do you have Microsoft Publisher?  That would solve your problem.

However, it CAN indeed be done in Word, you'll just be creating it "sideways".  You need to create "Text boxes" (under "Insert").  Then you can type what you want into the box, and either rotate the box itself until it's on its "side," or change the direction of the text in te box (under the properties of the text box).

Does that make sense?

kinda sorta drp. No i don't have publisher. i can try what you suggested & see if that works.

Tara as adlibs that are completely different. 

I was able to rotate them the way drp said to but i have to see if i can keep that up & print them that way. I am not printing them tonight, but probably this week as i am finishing my flowers tonight but i wanted to work on the template.
