FI and FOG have been not speaking since October when FI left the family business to better his career and our situation financially. He's been doing great and FOG has had success in his company too, so it's stupid they don't talk.

FOG RSVP'd yes to the wedding, things were going okay, and now they are fighting about something not relevant to the wedding or me at all (FOG actually used to like me)... today FOG told FI he is showing up to the wedding and contesting it.

SERIOUSLY? What a child. This man is 55 years old, grow the heck up. FI told him he is absolutely not welcome and if he shows up and does not leave he will be removed. This is the fourth person we will need "removed" due to BSC family members. Security, please. The men are worse than the women here, my gosh! They say we're the dramatic gender lol.

I'm sorry, that is very childish. He needs to either not come or show up and put away his differences and be happy for the two of you.

I hope it all goes well for you, try not to let it get you down or stressed.

I'd vote for him being a no-show. He's one of the most selfish people I've ever met. 

Family is the reason we didn't elope, and family is the reason we wanted to elope. It was a lose/lose here. The only "win" is we get married (yay!).

I'm going to the doctor for my anxiety, all the family stress is making me BSC. I'm an overemotional person (and currently PMSing so emotions are skyhigh) and all this crap has been really wearing me down. That and the excitement of everything (and nerves about flying), I've been getting really itchy and scratch my arms and upper chest until it's hive-like or welt-like. It's ridiculous. I let stupid things really affect me and the only thing that takes the edge off is wine. I don't want to be a lush over this lol.

I finally got past the freak out moment and am laughing about it now. My boss told me to get someone to dress up in a security costume with a baton and everything, haha. The image cracked me up.
