Hey Everyone,

Question: for those of you who are creating a wedding website, ie. one where guests can come RSVP, look at info, post things about the venue etc, what site are you using to create it?

Ours is with weddingwire.com I started one on weebly, but didn't like the templates they had to work with.

weddingwire is the best! We've defintely taken advatage of a lot of the pre-made widgets they have to offer. It's really easy to use and navigate.

My friend used mywedding.com and she said it was easy. We have our own personal site but FI is a web designer so he made it from scratch.

I used Google sites. I think you need to a know a bit about HTML, but I love the customization and embedding Google docs, maps, and photo movies.

We're not using that option, but wedding wire has a great set up format. I love the customization options and it looks so clean and polished. I'm not a fan of the knot websites. They all look the same.

We used Google Sites; they had a great template. I looked at the other sites but it always made the web address so long. It was like our names plus the website name. I have a short memory so I knew my guests would too; I wanted to make it easy since we have a ton of info on it. I bought th URL name for $10. Google Sites is free but having a short and simple URL was important too me. I have maps, pictures, RSVP, and etc all on my website.
