Wednesday 30DS!

It's our first official day! Who is excited?

I woke up at 5:15AM ready to go today! Now I am dead... haha! It totally kicked my butt.... in a good way! I am really gonnna feel it tomorrow.

I am supposed to do 3 of my challenges today and I dont know if I am going to be able to do it.... not sure what to do.

Day 2 for me.  I think it kicked my butt the other day because I followed the girl on the left.  I followed the girl on the right today and was much better.  I'll switch back to the girl on the left around day 5 or 6, I think.

I know how you feel.... I tried to keep up with the girl on the left and when I couldnt anymore I switched to girl on the right. Good job!!!

Me too!! I am not used to working out in general.... and surely not in the morning! It is going to be an adjustment!!

I have to do it at night too. I'm pretty sure FI and my brother would kill me if they were woken up to me jumping around to that video. And y'all are right...it kicks your butt and you'll definitely be feeling it!! It's so hard to do it every day in a row because you do get so sore, but I guess you're just supposed to work through it and it'll work out the soreness...I can't imagine what moving up to levels 2 and 3 are like!

Good job Jessica! I know what you mean on the challenges. I have sit up, push up and dips challenges to do tonight. I think I can do it, but we will see. Worst case scenario, I will take a week off to readjust to the 30DS then pick up where I left off. It is really going to depend on how sore I am Friday!

Didn't get to post last night after 30DS.  But I did day 2 last night as soon as I got home from work! It was a little easier, glad I took a day off inbetween Day 1 and 2!

I did Day 1 last night.  I followed the girl on the left and I'm only a tad bit sore today.  Tonight I'll try and do things a little faster than her I guess to feel it more.
