Just some random thoughts I have been struggling with.
Do we need a toast at the reception? If so, do you think it necessary to buy something sparkly for it? Or can our guests just use what they are drinking? It is an added expense that I would rather stay away from, because then you have to buy glasses for it, and how would it work if we are not having servers? If it were you, how would you do it. Any suggestions on a different way to do it?
We can't afford to pay for my BMs alterations and hair. I was thinking about paying for them to get their hair done, and then they pay for the alterations if they need it. My worry is, what if they don't get their dress altered because they don't want to pay for it? I don't want them walking around with dresses that don't fit properly. I may be able to have a friend do hair for free..... Thoughts?
