I actually just went back and looked - found my own original post, apparently we put our depost down on Feb 5 so I was way off on that, haha!

The first regonizeable posters I saw were Julbgordo and Purple&7, followed shortly (in number of posts, not sure about time) by MMRoberts and then CVilleClaire :)

Thinking back now, I remember when you first came to the board, Kelsey!  And Jess!

I joined tk in 2006 for ideas for a friend. I left the account opened and "rejoined" in march 2011. (got engaged the beginning of feb 2011) I hung out more then in the DIY and a local board and started coming here more often the past couple of months. It's been so nice to chit chat with you all as our time ticks down to our days!!

I joined in January of 2007 which was already a year after I was engaged! But I didn't find the boards until this past fall! I just used TK for research.

Gosh I feel like such a newbie! We got engaged in September of 2011 and I joined a few days later. We went with a shorter engagement and everything has worked out great. So many great ideas and tips frome everyone on here!

I think I joined sometime in 2007 when my sister got engaged and I was her MOH. But I didn't go on any of the forums until this past winter. I've been in and out until about March 2010 when I came on weekly (pretty much because I just love weddings!)

I felt bad for her; she was pretty awesome and I was hoping to have a buddy in the area to plan with!  I agree though that I wasn't terribly surprised, her then-FMIL kept trying to push her around and her ex-FI wasn't standing up for her.  She wasn't wrong when she said they were just from two different worlds.  I hope she's doing okay.

Well, it seems I joined in 2002! I'm sure I've changed the name of my "fiance" at least three times. I started posting on this board in July 2011, after ACTUALLY getting engaged.

I joined a long time ago because I always have liked looking at wedding dresses and you could only look at a few unless you had an account.  I didn't even look at the community though until after we got engaged on June 25, 2011.

I joined TK...in 2006, haha. I was helping my now MOH plan her wedding. I posted on this board in July of 2010 shortly after we got engaged, but then left for a while and came back around February of 2011. I've been around a while but sometimes I feel like a lot of people don't "know" me because I can't post during the day (because of work) when most of the chatting back and forth goes on.

I am creepy like this and joined when I was in High School! haha I don't know why but when I got engaged and tried to create an account it told me that I already had one. Oh well. I'm stuck with this weird out-of-date date!
