  • This morning I did weights and cardio, 20 mins of weights (abs, lunges) and 25minutes of cardio. 

    B:  Half muffin (special occasion!)
    S:  baby carrots, raw broccoli, low fat string cheese, apple, and banana

  • Rocked my second dress fitting!! They even had to take the dress in again to my surprise. So that means I have to stay working on my fitness and not indulge on the weekends so much eek :)
