So today I went to my 8th bridal salon, still in search of "the one". I went online and saw the designers this salon sold, wrote down the dresses I wanted to try on, etc. When I walked in, I saw a dress that I've been seeing in magazines and lines at other stores, but I've never actually tried it on, so we brought it in to try on. It turns out its in the Allure Couture collection, which isn't listed on the boutique's website, so I didn't know they had it. I also never thought it would really be appropriate for me, because in the pictures it's very low cut which I thought might be inappropriate for my traditional Catholic Church ceremony.
Anywayyyy to make a long story short, I tried it on, and ITS THE DRESS!!! Everyone was crying and there's a couple things I want to change but it's basically everything I've ever wanted in a dress. I've had a VERY particular image in mind that has been impossssible to find a dress that matches it, but with a couple very easy alterations this dress will be it! We put down the deposit and its mine!

The alterations I'll be doing will include getting rid of the feathery bits coming out of the flowers (I don't know why they even put them on the dress) and possssibly removing the flowers and putting something sparkley in their place, or leaving it just the fluffy skirt. I might even keep the flowers (definitely not the feathers), I'm not sure yet. Also, the see-through bit in the front center won't be see through because I'll be wearing a long strapless bra with boning, so the white of the bra will show through and it'll just look like part of the dress, no flesh showing or anything.
