So... judging by our Thursday Vent threads lately, a lot of us are going through lots of things.  We did this a while back but there are lots of new people now.  

Compliment the person that posted above you.  Say something positive that you have noticed about them.  Maybe this will make everyone smile and focus on the good things for a little bit.
