Heels on Grass?

Hi ladies.  Not sure if this has been discussed before but we are getting married on grass and I have a beautiful pair of Kate Spade 4" stilettos.  Any recommendations on how to handle walking in the grass in high heels?  I have heard of Ideal Heel and also Sole Mates, but was curious as to whether the actually work or not??  has anyone tried them?

I always just walk very carefully toe-heel and have all the weight on the ball of my foot.

I do this too. Works well for me.

I personally don't like the sole mates because if I am going to wear a hot pair of heels, I am not going to put those ugly things on them. haha. It kind of ruins the shoes for me and I would rather wear something comfortable instead. (I don't care if anyone else wears them, I just don't likethem on my shoes.)

I hope it works out. I'm have to walk through dirt and grass but I'm wearing flats.

I plan on wearing Sole Mates because my shoes are satin and I also have to walk on grass and dirt. No one will see them because my dress is long and even so I might still wear them... those shoes were expensive!

I bought sole mates also. We are not getting married on the grass, but afterwards for pictures we will be out walking around & I just don't want to risk it. Mine are clear with a long dress so they won't even be seen.
