Monday 30DS/Challenges Accountability

How is everyone doing? How are you liking level 2?

Which exercises do you look forward to doing because for you, they are easy and you can kind of coast through it (if any)?

    I was slacking with the 30DS this weekend because I had so much other running around to so.

    I'll be doing day 3 of 30DS tonight after my son's basketball game.

    How is everyone doing? How are you liking level 2?
    I am LOVING level 2... I feel like I am getting SO much out of it and working up a REALLY good sweat!

    Which exercises do you look forward to doing because for you, they are easy and you can kind of coast through it (if any)?
    I like the high knees and skaters... they arent easy, but they are a break from some of the other stuff that totally kicks my butt!

    Anyone sore?
    I am a bit sore, but it didnt hinder my workout this morning.

    How are the challenges going?
    I have decided to quit the push up challenge. I can do 60 in a row and honestly that is more than I ever thought I would be able to do. I wanted to keep going and get to 100, but with teh 30DS my body just cant take it. I plan to do Sit Ups W4D3, Squats W3D2 and Dips W3D1 tonight.


    Oh- and I weighed my self last Monday and was at 126 (highest since I dont even know when... I was ticked!!)... weighed myself this morning and I am down to 122.... woo hooo!!!! :)

  • I still haven't been able to do the 30DS so still looking to do day 15, thanks to my ankle sprain - however, I have been doing the P90X ab ripper, since there is no pressure on my ankle :) Really hoping to get back to the shred this week

    How is everyone doing? How are you liking level 2? 
    I will be doing day 12, day 2 of level 2. I have only done it once so far but I really like the change up of the exercises.

    Which exercises do you look forward to doing because for you, they are easy and you can kind of coast through it (if any)? 
    I always like getting to the cardio section because it seems a little easier then the strength and abs.

    Anyone sore?
    I'm a little tiny bit sore but not anything like I was after I started level 1.

    How are the challenges going?
    I'm done with all of the challenges. I kind of just gave up too Chelsea. I did all the final tests and I ended up doing 150 sit up instead of the 200 and I could only do 50 push ups in the final test. I completely agree Chelsea, I just don't think my muscles could handle both the challenges and 30DS every day! But I'm fine with it because I'm am so much stronger then when I started the challenges, and that was my goal.

  • @Jessica- Getting stronger was the only reason we were doing the challenges... since you accomplished that I think you did great! Not many people can say they can do 50 push ups and 150 sit ups in a row!!!! Good job!!
