Finalized our menu!
I met with our caterer today and we finalized our menu! We are having a brunch reception, and I am so excited about all the yummy food!
3 different kinds of quiche, including summer quiche (tomatos, spinach, bacon), fancy quiche (artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatos, pesto) and sweet potato quiche
greek meatballs
spanakopita triangles (phyllo dough filled with feta cheese and spinach and shaped into triangles)
3 different salads including a season salad (lots of fruit on a lettuce base with sweet dressing), a greek salad, and pasta salad
fresh fruit
and the most delicious cake ever!!! lemon cake with raspberry filling! YUM!

Yummy! Sweet potato quiche sounds so good! I'm sure your guests will be happy.
What about your drinks? Coffee, tea, etc.?
For drinks we are doing coffee, iced tea, lemonade, and water.
