*Messaged some stragglers to confirm final numbers (appt with reception venue is this weekend!!ahhh!!)

*Still trying to perfect the table name/number printouts for our frames.

*Edited the seating chart after a few declines came in.

*Worked more on our cardbox (more painting and cutting). Seriously hoping to have it done by Sunday.

*Found a potential Bach Party dress!!

Booked our appointment with the organist and soloist from the church to finalize music selections for Sunday. Made an appointment to drop off payment to our florist on Saturday. One of my BM are coming tonight for her fitting. MOH (SIL) is booking our hotels for bachelorette that's June 2nd, we are going for a wine tasting, dinner/drinks, club and HM shopping the following day in Niagara Falls, and whatever else she comes up with! Can't believe how many things I have left to do, going to recruit my girls probably June 1st to knock off many of these things! EK! I've also started the HM countdown, can't wait to be done planning!

We have finialized the ceremony and the vows. We are also slowly working on programs and finializing ceremony music.

Met with florist, need to call him really make him understand the color I want on the tables. I had mentioned a pop of green in the bouquets he made up our centerpieces with green orchids. Ugh, he didn't understand so FI said to call him again today to make sure centerpieces get sangria colored orchids. Also ordered votive candles for tables

Got my finished bouts and bouquets. Got my teeth cleaned & whitened! Spray tanning after work! Hair/makeup trials are tomorrow!

We also just decided on our groomsmen gifts and we're both so excited!! We've been agonizing over these because we want them to be useful and not just go in a junk drawer.

FI always uses a shave/lather brush and soap when he shaves. I gave him a set for Christmas 2010 and he loves it. (I actually use it now and love it too, my shaves last so much longer!!) So I found an awesome set on etsy that we're going to give them. They'll be all packaged up in vintage cigar boxes!

For $38 they get a pre-shave lotion, a soap in the bowl with a scent of our choice, the badger hair lather brush and an after shave soap!

Kelsey, thats a really neat gift idea. I never thought about girls being able to use that to shave their legs.....may have to look into that for myself

-Finished 1 of 2 escort ribbon boards (see DIY post for pics)
-purchased another hanger to be able to finish my mom's that says "Momma"
-Finally figured out what to get FI for a gift. A new set of darts. We were playing last night and I realized he really needs a new set.
-Started to sort out BMs/MOH's gifts and put into totes. The rest should be shipped in another day or two.

-We got another part of the groomsmen and ushers gifts in the mail yesterday. We now just have to find frames we like for them.
-We have our aisle runner half way finished.

Ordered programs and booked our Key West HM hotel, finally! I feel so relieved!!

Oh yeah, also a GM dropped out today but it's ok.  There were no hard feelings.  Now we have an even number of GM & BMs.
