    E: Insanity Day 28 Rest Day - gained 3 lbs this wknd and I have no idea why cause I was eating healthy all wknd and not snacking!!  FI says it's just the fat disappearing and being replaced with muscle....still quite a bit of flab though.....

  • Breakfast: 2 Kashi Waffles and SF syrup (200 calories)
    Morning Snack:  Medium Sugar Free Vanilla Iced Coffee (60 calories)
    Lunch:  Spicy Italian Salad from Subway with dressing/croutons/apples and a diet coke (420 calories)
    Afternoon Snack: 100 calorie pack of popcorn
    Dinner: Whole bag of frozen veggies (Asian medley), chicken breast, and 2 tablespoons BWW's Asian Zing sauce (400 calories)
    Bedtime Snack: TBD (200ish calories of something sweet though! maybe a smart ones or skinny cow ice cream bar).
