Hello ladies!
This is my first post(!) but I have been exploring the boards for the past week or so. I just got engaged a little over a week ago (2/11/11!) and so I have been just familiarizing myself with the planning process.
FI and I have tentatively set the date for June 9, 2012 and are starting to talk about wedding ideas. We have a snag though-- we are both finishing college in May (he with his Master's and me with my B.S. and minor) and we don't know where we are gonna have the wedding. We are job searching currently and don't know where we are gonna end up. Another issue is that we have family completely spread around the U.S. His parents live in Califonia and mine live in Washington and Idaho.
Is it going to be a huge problem if we don't get to book a venue until June (assuming we have decided on a city to live in)?
Has anyone else been in this situation or have any advice for me? Thanks in advance!
