I am at my parents' house. I am not feeling well so I came home for a bit of my mom's comfort food and some love Being sick is no fun.

But I am trying to get my graduate school application done. I am on the writing section and it seems to be taking forever. One question is: "Write about an ethical dilemna you have experienced. Describe your through process and factors that contributed to the outcome" uhhh...any ideas on what to write?? I know it needs to be a personal experience but I am having trouble even thinking through any dilemnas I have experienced. Eek!

PS: Ash, I tried to do a rough draft of tables and almost went crazy.  It's so hard not knowing who will actually come to the wedding.  Good luck!

I'm here. Since we seem to be talking about paper things I nearly had a heart attack when I got the printing quote back from Cards & Pockets. It was about $150 more than I had expected! I went into a tail spin trying to find something else that I liked, and finally calmed down and decided just to get a sample from C&P and decide from there.

I'm seeing that I my PDF is not 100% what the uploaded impage on VP looks like.  So I'm uploading, seeing that I need tweak here and there, going back to MS Publisher, making changes, saving as a new PDF...  I'm glad I'm thinking about this now.  TIME. CONSUMING.

Most likely because I had no idea how much printing costs =)  I based it off what others said they were quoted.

I found two graphic designers who are going to draw up samples for me. I am looking for inspiration to give to them. I also found someone on Etsy that I love, I just want to see how much the two people plan to charge us for the digital invitation suite first before I go the Etsy route. We are getting them printed from a small printing shop.

I am here; trying to take a break from wedding stuff but failing in the process. We could probably have a wedding as things stand but I'm a details person so that won't fly.

Anyways, loved having a 3 day weekend and back to work tomorrow. I already have 6 emergencies, 5 urgents, 2 should probably get started soons and 2 ehh, they can waits waiting on my desk when I get back tomorrow...yeah me

GOOD LUCK!  Two of my BMs are teachers, and we were all together at school when they did their student teaching experiences.  The stories were crazy, sad, amazing, and hysterical, but more importantly it affirmed their desires to become teachers.  You'll be awesome!

ETA: typo.  They ARE teachers, not they "were" teachers.  Oops!

I'm on for the next half hour. FI is watching something gross about squishy body parts. He does biomedical research, so he's all over that stuff. I don't even like organic chemistry, hate biochem, and let's not even talk about biology. And yet, he wants me to apply at his company next month. Ugh.

GOP debate in half an hour though. I like watching those, despite being a rabid democrat.

This is true. It's just *fun* to see what Ron Paul will say, and I  have no skin in the "who am I going to vote for" game. Hunstsman was the only Republican I'd have considered voting for with the current group, and now he's out.
