Just Some Thoughts...

I wish I could be trying to lose weight like most of you ladies on here. My dress fits perfectly right now so I'm not allowed to lose any more weight. It's a lace dress so I don't want to mess with it except to get a bustle. I'm right where I should be for weight, but I'd love to tone up a bit. Guess that'll have to wait until after the wedding... Right now I'm eating Velveeta Mac and Cheese and thinking about how awful this must be for me, hah!

I might at least try to start eating healthier. FI and I don't have a wide range of foods we eat, plus we've been skimping on groceries to try to stay under budget. So, lunches at work have been easy mac, pasta, rice or peanut butter sandwiches (which I am sick of right now). Now that we have two incomes and our budget's doubled, I can probably convince FI to spend a little more on our shopping trips for healthier foods. FI has Crohn's so foods with lots of fiber in it is off-limits to him (which means white bread, white pasta, white everything), so that makes it harder to eat healthy.

Is anyone else in a similar boat? Anyone have any suggestions on healthy foods or snacks that wouldn't involve me having to cook two meals (one with white pasta/bread, the other with whole wheat)? If I didn't have a lace dress I wouldn't be so worried...
