6/24, Anyone?

Is anyone else getting married on Sunday, 6/24?  Just thought it would be fun to connect with others with the same wedding date. 18 days to go!!!

We almost did! But then June 30th opened up and we snatched that, since that Monday is Victoria Day (for my Canadian relatives) and July 4th falls during our honeymoon (less time to take off!)

I'm June 24th!  Are you having an evening ceremony?  Since we have so many OOT guests we are having our ceremony at 2.

<div>We are having a outdoor mid-morning ceremony (11am) and a formal plated lunch reception-all outdoors in a vinyard in Malibu. We're planning on being all wrapped up and off the property at 4:00-4:15pm.  You?</div>

<div>Me too! Though ours was more so because we wanted a cocktail reception and not dinner. I would have liked to do dinner but our venue couldn't seat 150 for a normal dinner so we went cocktail so we could still have the venue we wanted! Also I know people won't feel like they have to leave the party early because it's a work night. The party will end in time for everyone to get home not too late!</div>

Our reception will go to 8pm mostly because we will have a bunch of kids there and we didn't want the parents feel like they had to leave early and miss stuff. I'm getting nervous about the weather. I see you guys are in warm parts of the country too.  I just hope it's not 90 on our wedding day!  My perfect day would be like 80 with a breeze and partly cloudy.

June 23rd here also with a 230pm ceremony (praying for great wedding day weather ) cocktail hour and reception all outdoors hoping its ending around 8pm . Is that too long of a time for our guest?

Is there a place on your site with air conditioning?  We are having our ceremony and reception outside from 2-8, but there is a house with air conditioning at our venue.  I think that helps.
