Hey everyone! How many of you are planning on doing a Gift Opening the morning after the wedding?
FI and I are planning on having a Gift Opening around 10am on the morning after the wedding, and are planning on supplying brunch (coffee, tea, juice, bagels, pastries, fruit). Our hotel wants a guarantee for the number of people who will be there and charges on a per person rate.
How should I handle inviting/RSVPing to the gift opening?
I had been planning on just telling people about it and they can come, or not, and no biggie..
What's your thought? Do I need to have an actual count? Or if they ask for a "guarantee" do I just need to have a minimum?
