I think you can't go wrong with either option.  Does one fit your theme/vision of the day more than the other?

Moss letters. Hang one on each door. A wedding I went to in September had them on the doors and now they're in their house

I love the moss letters.

I'm going to make the moss M's for our reception entrance doors, then FI and I will have the monograms from your other PIP for the back of our reception chairs. 

We"re (I'm) also making table runners and they're just going to have a fancy M on them.

P.S. Can you post a link to where you found those moss letters...love them!

I just made a moss letter.  It really isn't all that much work either.  You just need scissors, a sharpie, glue, moss, and a cardboard letter (it can be other materials too as long as it is sturdy).
