I'm just curious about what everyone's plan is.
I'm an accountant and everyone I correspond with obviously knows me by my maiden name. I do the full accounting cycle for the business so I have many contacts from outside the business who send through things to my business email which is first name initial last name @ business name.ca. I think I would need to contact at least 50+ individuals to make sure they have my email on file if I change it to my married name. I can't just set an out of office message with my new email information because some of the correspondence I receive is automated without an actual person using the email account. I have a signature within my email, but I don't want to confuse people by signing a different name within the email than my address shows.
I'm thinking of just leaving everything work related as my maiden name (except my HR files) just for simplicity's sake. What are you ladies doing?
