So after looking at the pics again of both possible venues, I started reconsidering my decorating package. I felt like with both places we wouldn't need a ceiling treatment, so I was looking at the website to see how much we would save ($240!) and I saw one picture that had the guest book and gifts on the same table. Our package would have head table skirt and backdrop, and cake table skirt and backdrop, then we are paying for 2 other skirted tables (just skirts, we'd have to do any decorating ourselves) for gifts and the guest book. We'd save another $30 (not much but it would cover 1 plate for the dinner) if we only got one skirt and had both on the same table.
Do you think we need 2 tables or would it be okay to have gifts and guest book on the same table?
