I have no idea. We really don't do something just because of a holiday or because we do something nice for each other.

We are having dinner tonight at the same restaurant we had our first day. He also took me to lunch and gave me my gifts.

Ditto this.  All that I know we're doing is getting take out pizza and bread sticks, having some wine and watching tv.

We don't make valentines day a big deal. Although this year, he did purchase me some gifts( none of V-day). He told me I have a gift and I am giving him something small. It's kinda confusing. To us every day is a lovers day. My tradition is to wear pink on valentines day. All of our valentine's we have a movie night and hang out in the house. 

As far as tonight... we will probably celebrate.
