After meeting with several bakers, I found one that FI and both love and have booked her! We will be doing cupcakes w/a small, 2 tiered cake for our cake cutting ceremony and anniversary cake. We have decided on the following flavors: Vanilla/Chocolate marble w/chocolate ganche filling and vanilla butter cream frosting, Chocolate cake w/mint filling and chocolate mousse frosting, and a red velvet cake w/cream cheese frosting.
