Anyone working out or trying to get in shape before the big day? What are you doing? How is it going so far? Maybe we can be a team and encourage eachother!
Chad and I started 30 Day Shred. It is going well. We try to workout everyday, but skip a day here and there. I am only looking to get down to 20% body fat. So I am guessing I will lose about 20 lbs. of fat? Bringing me from 145 to 125 or so. I am 5'2" and a muscular build. So far I have lost 1.5 pounds of fat after working out 3 weeks.... Slow going,but I don't have that much to lose. We have P90X but after watching the first two workouts, we decided that we weren't ready. That is going to be a killer!!!
