Something that is really helping me eat healthy is that I plan my entire menu (breakfast/lunch/dinner and snacks) for the week ahead and then going to the grocery store on sunday to get everything I need. Then I pre measure and pack things so when I get up in the morning I can just grab things and put them into my lunch bag.
The other thing that is helping me stay focused when it comes to eating right is that I choose 1 or 2 different things to have for breakfast and lunch but have them all week. I don't mind eating the same thing all week just because it's easy and I don't have to worry about having all kinds of different ingredients to make such a variety of things. When I was doing that, I was finding that I was wasting money because food was going bad cause I couldn't use it fast enough. Then following week I'll choose 2 different things so I don't get too bored. Now if I can just get the exercising going!!!
