So I haven't been around for a while, but I just joined weight watchers yesterday!
I know a lot of you ladies have done it or are doing it now (as I know I've seen several posts about it), so I just wanted to ask you all what some of your favorite low-point meals are? I'm really bad at eating healthy breakfasts...
I'm coming off of a diet of hot pockets, ramen, lean cuisine and spaghetti.... so I could really use some advice on healthy meals! We're going grocery shopping tomorrow so I'm trying to put a good list together. I would love to hear your favorite EASY meals/recipes!!
