Ok. I work at the front desk of a hotel. I am the only employee here at the moment.
This older gentleman called from an outside line and needed help. He said he was in one of our rooms and had an accident. He needed his diaper changed. He sounded frail and in need of help. I couldn't hear him that well so I had him repeat it just to be sure. I didn't know what to do. I told him I would call him back. I felt SO bad for him, but I wasn't about to go clean him up. I called my manager and she called him back. I guess he dialed the wrong number. Thank goodness!! It would break my heart to tell him I couldn't help, but I wasn't going to do it!!!
I have no clue what I would have done! What would you do?
