  • Probably better that it is later - Now I have to fess up to everyone about my total fail of a lunch.  Very stressed out at work today and I let it get the best of me...

    I am joining in!  I have been counting calories for a few months, but now been doing these.

    B- banana
    L- turkey sandwich, green peppers, buffalo popcorn crisps
    S- strawberry chobani
    D- stuffed mushrooms
    S- post workout strawberry banana protein shake

    E- 60 min turbo kick class and 60 min pi yo class

    I have been REALLY trying to improve my eating habits, I'm such a picky eater and love everything that is bad for me. So I'm joining in now!

    B:Nothing
    L: Some pasta and a meatball
    S: goldfish
    D: Some kind of chicken and rice

    E: Rest day from push up challenge. I will start Day 1 of the sit up challenge tonight and will do some yoga.
